Yes, and no.
The answer is not as simple as the question you posted.
The stock oil passages are all intact and will operate as normal. Oil to the head will go up through the passage in the cylinder and head the same way it always has.
I did the DragBikeMike modification to the oil pump gears, and this overdrives the oil pump and makes for more than the stock oil flow through the engine. DragBikeMike determined that there was just a bit too much pressure and flow after the modification - and he determined a #120 jet worked well to bleed off the excess oil and get the pressure down where it was acceptable.
When I did the oil pump gear modification, I installed my #120 jet at the top edge of the oil filter housing. The oil that passed through this jet squirted into the area somewhere near the cam chain and tensioner and really didn't cause any benefit....it was just being bled off and went back into the sump.
Here is a photo of the #120 jet in the filter housing. It was a little tricky to put there as I had to drill and tap the hole, and also recess the jet a little bit so it did not touch the back of the filter.
