Small oil leak help

I sold my 07 s40 to a relative awhile back & now it has developed a leak from the stud bolt and nut, ( #14 and 15 on the plug cap leak post) on the back side of the motor- directly infront of the bottom of the carb. Its just a few drips so far... does anyone know a quick fix??? Or is this the Plug Cap Leak or is it actually the head gasket that needs to be replaced? Any help would be great- I feel bad for selling it if its going to be a headache to the lad. Sad

So easy... just tighten the nuts... they seem to loosen easy...(there's one in front, at the pipe, and one in back, at the carb)... ...If that don't work,.. a dab of silicone under the nut will help... ...
