You can buy a reloading press for ~100 bucks at Cabelas.
A decent press like a Dillion is 500.
...but congrats, you've just made it more cost effective to bomb people. Something that can be done remotely.
Given the two options I'll take the devil I can see (on an even playing field).

I mentioned that in another post to him, and he just ignored it completely, like he doesn't even think it's a thing that will happen. Guess he doesn't remember Timothy McVay and all the damage and lives he took with some fertilizer, diesel fuel and a cell phone or was it a remote timer I can't remember.

Aaaah, This topic has been beaten several months ago - maybe you happened to miss that ... and since this site deletes stuff older than 2-3 months I guess I have to post it again.
OK so all you need to do to make bullets is make the jackets, melt and pour in the lead, make the shell casings, make the rim, make the black powder (remember ephedrine - we gonna restrict it like that) and make the primer (again like ephedrine - restricted), and you can then press it all together ...
OK man, as soon as we see a rain of fully home made bullets wreaking havoc somewhere we can worry about how we are going to stop that. Till that happens, I stand by this idea.
$100 tax a bullet, choke off all the chemicals to make the bullet components and watch the crackpots kill people with Pink Pongs.
Cool.
