My best friend just lost his Hyacinth Macaw... his pet and friend of 6 years. The bird got out Tuesday... ate something and was dead Thursday. her name was Luna and she was only 7. I would feed her (and her mate Albert) when Chris was out for extended periods of time. Dude is in serious depression over it.
