First reread the articles I posted - one from the same source as the one you linked to -abcnews. He didn't have a gun. He was handcuffed and searched - no gun. His wife even told the police that when she was interviewed

And I'm not defending him. I actually think he's a jerk. But even a jerk deserves to be treated fairly in the press. He was tried and convicted in an agenda driven national media long before there was ever a trial, and now that the trial is over, and that same media is not happy with the verdict, they are going to hound him till the day he dies.

Since the trial the only thing h'e been charged with is speeding. Really?? The national press follows him around in case he gets a speeding ticket?

The guy is a private citizen and was found not guilty of any crime. No matter how you or I happen to feel about the verdict, he is entitled to be left alone. You should be appalled and disgusted by the behavior of the press, instead of gleefully cheering every time they supposedly "get something on him."

Okay,.. if you've been paying attention...
Zimmerman has a history...
His daddy is a judge... that carries some weight...
He assaulted a cop...(charges dropped)...
He assaulted is fiance'.. (charges dropped)...
He killed a boy... (but was found innocent)...
He assaulted an old man, smashed his wife's phone, and threatened her, enough that she called 911... (but she didn't file charges)...

He's clearly just your average guy...

I'm sure we've all been falsely charged with assaulting policemen,.. attacking our wives, father-in law's, and fiance's, and killing youths...
As long we're found, not guilty,... it's okay...

Why can't we just leave him alone...
He's innocent... he's a good guy...
He's just like you and me...
Except... I've never had a restraining order,.. been accused of assaulting my fiance', assaulted a cop, killed a boy,... punched my father-in-law, smashed my wife's phone, and had my wife call 911 on me...
... and my dad ain't a judge... Huh

I'm not saying Z is a criminal but he was found not guilty of what could have been a life sentence. He gets a Superman Complex just like OJ did, now I can get away with anything. It was all over the news, not just one internet site.
