Allow me to explain: just last night (Oct 1st) the local Italian news stated that unemployment in Italy is at 12%, never been so bad since the '70s and the leftist movements took stronghold.
HOWEVER
unemployment among 16-29 y.o. is estimated at 40%

So, which will it be ? 12 % ? 40 % ?
Whichever way you look at it...
