The DEA is still operating full tilt while the Border Guard have been told to back off. The Latino drug smugglers can freely cross the border with all the drugs they can carry, probably wont make too much difference. The DEA has always been a miserable failure and should have been one of the first agencies shut down. Another stupid move by our government that's costing us more money.
