Rear tire too far left?

I'm not sure how to go about fixing this, but my rear tire is not centered in the fender, as evidenced in the picture. I'm guessing it has to do with the swing arm, but I'm not sure what my first step is. I have the clymer's manual, but I didn't see anything referencing a uneven rear tire. I also plan on changing my tire back to the stock size when my tire needs replacing later this june for inspection.
Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated, as it's bugging the hell out of me.
thanks,

Do you have the spacers on the right side?
big one on the left, skinny on the right.

Im guessing you don't have any issues with belt alignment, so the spacers are probably on in the correct order, otherwise the alignment would be totally off.. My guess is that your rear fender, or your fender struts is tweaked somehow.. When I had my fender off I was eye measuring the rear wheel with the fender struts, and it was off with about a centimeter.. It seems things aren't perfectly in-line with eachother, but if the bike goes straight when you let go of the handlebars, the most important elements is. You could try and look closer from the rear, to get an idea how things look..
