changing password help! (Read 46 times)

I clicked on " Help" and it tells you how to do it, but I can't find "this box" that's referenced to actually perform the task. I could get a temporary password thru the link that was emailed to me, but that one is simply a random group of letters/numbers to get me back on the forum
