STILL leaking! (Head cap replaced)

'Ello Savages!
Got the cylinder head cap replaced on my 04 ls650 (thanks again everyone) but it's still leaking oil from SOMEWHERE! Only leaks when fired up. Appears to be about 6 fins up from the front, near the header. Put with the kick stand down, it appears to leak of the left side. I just picked up some degreaser and will spit shine the head to try to make the leak more visible.
Oh and the decom selenoid cable is chattering like wind up teeth?! (See video)
As always, any and all suggestions are welcomed and appreciated!
I took a few pictures and a couple videos and are available with the link below.

There's a couple of nuts that secure the head, front and back...
One near the intake manifold, and the other near the header... and they do vibrate loose...
Snug it up,.. but don't strip it... If it still leaks, loosen it and add a dab of rtv to the nut base, then re-snug...
Probably will fix yer' prob...
...
Check that decomp cable,... make sure it has enough slack that you can move the cable a little with your finger...

The chattering teeth sound is most likely a result of the decompression cable not allowing the lever to return to the horizontal (rest) position. The cable is pulling the lever into a position that the exhaust rocker is slapping into the decompression shaft each time the exhaust valves close. The cable is either not installed properly....or is not adjusted with enough slack.
