We can't find them to bomb them, they have internet accounts and post pictures, they have food, medical, ammo, weapons, but we can't find the trucks,

Why is it we are the best military, best intelligence gatherers, spy satellites, and the biggest military budget, by FAR, yet, we can't find these people?
Uhh, they have training camps, we can't find them,,,
