Lights when key in ON position?
08/03/15 at 07:23:26
What lights are suppose to illuminated when the key is ON?
Right now, the headlight, tail light, and for some reason, only the right front facing light? Are all the turn signals on all 4 corners supposed to be illuminated? If not, then any idea why the one light in the front is on? All 4 corner turn signals work fine.

The center tail light, the headlight, and both front running lights, and the instrument lights are all on when the bike is turned on and running.
The rear turn signals are not supposed to be on .....as they are yellow and they must be red if used as running lights.
The front turn signals have duel filament bulbs, the rear turn signals have a single filament bulb. It sounds like you need to put a new bulb in one of the front running lights.

If the turn signal works on the right front light, then you need a bulb. If it doesnt, you might need a bulb....but there also may be another electrical issue.
Simple test, swap the bulb from the right front turn signal with the left one. If the problem "follows the bulb", then that's your answer. If the problem stays where it was, then it's something in the electrical wiring on that signal stem (could be as simple as a corroded socket/dirty contacts).

...Swap the bulbs and if the problem persists check your contacts and connections. If not, replace the offending bulb.

Does anyone know the bulb number? My book is at home, and I was hoping to grab bulbs on the way home.
