Kickstand switch bypass (Read 100 times)

Can anyone point me to the link that discusses bypassing the kickstand kill switch, please? The other day my bike wouldn't start and had to drop and lift the kickstand a couple of times. Maybe the switch is going bad and I think I might want to bypass it. Thanks, David

Just connect the two wires together. Also, remember to never try to ride with the kick stand down. You could fall down and hurt yourself. Especially in a left turn. Sorry for the flippant remark.

I'd replace the switch as soon as possible. You can get them for $5 on ebay. I bypassed a faulty switch on a bike some years ago and found out the hard way that having a sidestand switch is good preventative medicine.
