Last night the tide was so high the rain water would not drain off, it just puddled. Having warm weather this week, and I can't even take advantage of it.

I wouldn't have any issue BUT:

ADOT cannot build roads that SHED water. Every time it rains the valley turns into a flood plain. 6-10" standing water everywhere!

When it rains EVERYONE loses their minds and forgets how to drive.

Riding in the summer here in Phoenix is INSANE. 120* in the shade, not to mention the heat island here. 2nd degree burns riding during the day? No thanks!
