TMZ reports a construction worker found the knife years ago and gave it to an off-duty cop who kept it in his home before finally turning it over to police in ....

Timeline? Was he tried and found innocent? Can new evidence be used to try him again? I don't know. But I think the cop should have handed over the knife to the DA. Totally messed up deal.
If the blood soaked, dried up gloves don't fit, you must acguit?
Was there no tag in the glove to show the size? Why didn't they try New gloves?
