The truth is, it's the power happy who make policy, not necessarily the rich people. There's a Difference between power and wealth.

A lot of wealthy people who have no desire for power. People in power get wealth as a byproduct. It's the power they crave, the wealth comes afterwards.

Bill and Hillary don't crave wealth, they crave power, the kind of power comes with being a Head of State. I heard someone say one time that that's the real readon behind the Clinton foundation. It's not money, it was a way to retain the semblance of their version of American royalty.
