Raptor Installation Question?
03/20/16 at 14:15:09
Installed new Raptor petcock this morning (easy, peasy). After disconnecting the fuel line (split on one end so replaced with new) and disconnecting the vacuum line, I went to the other side of the bike to disconnect the vacuum line and found a loose line attached to the front of the carb, removed it and capped the vacuum tube. You can imagine my surprise when I went to install the new fuel line to find the end of the original vacuum line (the one I thought I had removed) was still there! It attaches to the rear of the carb. So, what line did I remove and where does it attach. Couldn't find this other line pictured in the manual. Help would be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks! What had me confused is one bowl vent line ran downward behind the plastic side cover while the bowl vent line in question has it's open end curving upward toward the petcock and facing the fuel tank. I will just run it along side the other bowl vent tube, out of the way!
