Well, this rightchyea izza a pretty Hot topic, in an uvitself, you might wanna go lookin for our thread, wherin the system gets slapped upside the head. The stove? Not nearly as hot... But then, maybe that's why it's needing fixed. What's up with the stove? Our thermostat died, as we left a brisket to cook as we and friends, went to town, expecting to come back to a succulent lump of cow. Instead, we came home to a small chunk of carbonaceous critter, cooked to a crisp. I still have the stainless steel pan, but it literally sat outside, soaking, scrubbing, soaking, scrubbing, rinse, repeat,, took a coupla weeks, but I saved it. I Should've kept the brisket. There's no way it would have spoiled. If it had been in a higher pressure environment, it would have been a diamond.
