Serowbot, you have a warped sense of humor.

There's only a sign when there's a problem!

It wasn't a problem.. went across it 3 times that day to be sure.
Putting up a sign like that.. well... I just have to go and see!
Oh.. and the verbiage of the sign is basically.. illegal anyway.
It is a WARNING sign. It can't be used to make a regulatory statement.
You can say "Slippery Bridge". You can't say "No motorcycles"
Of course.... if you fall over.... it's your own dang fault!

I don't see why the gub'ment has to put up a sign to keep your boots dry. If I want to cross the bridge, I'll cross the bridge. Why not, everyone else is doing it.

Still got my boots wet !

You're usually OK as long as you stay in the tire tracks, keep your speed, don't steer and don't brake.
However, this one, I got off the bike, took off my boots and socks, and scouted the entire thing. Glad I did, as the best part was not the tire tracks, but the strip between the track and the edge. Even then, I kept my feet down instead of up on the highway pegs to stay dry.
... oh.. no warning sign either!
