a big IF.......

Lots of suppositions around the FBI/AG e-mail investigation joining up in the quest to find answers and assign resolutions.

With the State department putting the brakes on the "wolf watching over the hen house"..... investigations, like sure, they were going to out themselves, huh  Roll Eyes

I have read many ops from the left commentaries, that she has a problem. Of course the right can not only smell blood, but taste it too!

Anyway, my question is one that is based on the rumors that if the FBI finds credible evidence to initiate a charge of actions/prosecute from the AG to Clinton.
They decide not to, based on some excuse like it will be bad for the country to prosecute a possible democrat nominee for president, or yes, it was bad, but we have not found any "damage" to security because of this poor judgement..... etc.
With such a move and political stunt, the leadership, including the top head of the FBI, resign over objections that the rule of law has been circumvented for political cronyism at a cost they are not willing to participate in....

I agree it would be a severe stain upon our system of law, IF the AG was to not follow the FBI's recommendations.
I don't see any upside for Obama on this, and I don't believe he would stick his neck in a noose fashioned for Hillary, that she made for herself, out of her own arrogance....

Another IF.....

If this was to happen, and the instructions from the AG to the parting FBI personnel was, that they can not talk, nor share the findings, about this information and evidence they found.....
With anyone, especially the press, or face criminal charges, etc.
And they elect to ignore this threat, should they be arrested?

Oh what a tangled mess if they do  Shocked

This could be so ugly that it could further divide, a pretty divided  citizenry, with unrest and protest....
It wouldn't be so much from the Trumpers and Tea Baggers, but from the Bernie's too, who really would feel the outrage of the very system they are trying to buck....

Your thoughts?

PS: Why are the Clinton's such a strain on our system?
It would sure be nice to have all this energy directed toward helping common folk instead of all this drama  Undecided

Hopefully the Bush's have been snuffed, and the Clinton's follow suit, SOON!

Nothing will happen except a whole lot of the same chin music we've been hearing for the past coupla years.

I'd like to be wrong, but I'm not.

I share your pessimistic assumption too, but, we would have to excuse the energy and reason that is propelling Trump and Sander's to their prospective participation in this historical year of uncertainty in our election process....

Don't you think something has changed?

I feel we are getting closer to a real confrontation of the BS that has been driving this nation for a long time....
And it won't be pretty, but necessary.

I don't know. What hasn't changed, and wont change whatever the results of the upcoming election, however, is that we have a Federal Government that considers itself above the law and will continue to behave that way.  Hillary is in that club. Even if there are indictments, Grand Juries, congressional investigations, special prosecutors. etc., the end result, in terms of any possible consequences to HER, will be zip, zilch , Nada.

I respect your assessments, and share in their validity too, BUT, I think a movement started with Perot, a certain segment of folks seeing through the facade....
I am not talking libertarian, but a diverse group who feel disenfranchised, even the BLM can attest to this, yet the left is trying hardily to get them back on the plantation ( so to speak  Wink )

We are up against a GIANT machine, with the Bush and Clinton's just being a spoke on that wheel.
Its academia, media, unions, corporations, wall street, etc....
We think its just two parties, nope, I think it is a much bigger obstacle than that, but, I sense the genie is out and she is pizzed....
Might not happen soon enough for me, I might be dead by then, but I pray our kids see an end to this crap and have a fair shot at a decent life  Angry
