If you can match the disc size and offset by hook or crook then the front can be done. next would be the rear which will be a challenge that I'll leave to you.

Well I like the belt drive so I'd leave that alone unless the rear cog could be fitted to a cast wheel somehow... Huh

Maybe an adapter would mate the cog to where the sprocket mounts.
