You can also wire up an LED if you make it visible and you don't want the loud beeper. Wires up the same way, it's just a light versus a beeper.

Here is a short video of my LED in daylight. I have since added a small "shield" over it to make it more visible to me in the bright mid-day sun.

That's what I used to do mine. I robbed a couple of electrical prongs from an old trailer light connector and they fit down into the blinker relay thingy just perfect.
