It's the cotton......

Kinda reflecting on what really is America.
Yes, she seemed a grand idea, novel in nature.
However, after folk relied on folk to survive in the early settlements, the old world enflunce of power structuring through wealth inserted itself as the real force of governance.
She grew on the backs of labor of the ignorant, weak, peasants, and slaved.
Even Abraham Lincoln knew he really couldn't seperate the power from the political.
They just changed the focus, but not the real need.
It ( this power force ) has advanced without ever addressing the in inequalities of citizenry....

Fast forward:

They ( this power source ) have gobbled up media, academia, and associated software to control what is fed to the slaves.
Obama, Hillary, just pawns.
This power source knows no political affiliation.
It is driven solely to protect, maintain, extend, it's power.
I am not sure it is organized by anything more than acknowledging the "players" and a wink.

After Bill gets the U.N.handed over to him, they will be the most politically powerful couple Ever on Earth, and history books will extol their virtues. The most corrupt and evil will forever be known as wonderful.. because it's in a book.

Jog, I could be wrong, as usual.....
But you are good at looking deeper into matters.
That what appears feasible, is only a slight of hand, to make us think it's true.
I still say they are duped, and played, and sold out, by the very ones that only want to protect, and insure, their wealth and power, globally.

Why were those monied from ME, quickly usher from the US after 911?
And that's NEW money, not the old gold standard of white men....
But, know which horse to back in the race.

I believe it is the evil you so often refer to. Money being their "God" so to speak, and they make ISIS look like JV players for sure!

Money Jog, the root of all evil.
We just saw the price folks are willingly, but unknowingly, accept....

I have a price too, if I am honest and look back on my life.
I see an "escape" for a price I am now willing to pay, but even that, comes at a cost.

You may, if you desire, have the last word my friend....
I am not selling out, no, but I won't beat a dead horse anymore  Grin
We stand for nothing, just whims, trinkets, or fancy passings, dictate our collective thoughts, a moth drawn to the flame....

I fully expect a change in the violent crime rate. People are so sick of watching the Elite literally get away with murder that I expect to see people express their anger by No Longer behaving according to the law. People are Sick of watching the lawless elite screw the masses. I hope that the masses rebel and force right to be done. The criminal elite are sickeningly forcing their ways on the few who see,by using the support of the minions who are too goofy to see what they are really supporting.
Yeah, Bot,,, I'm pointing at you.

After your witch is inniggerated and has  dragged us into greater debt and more wars, I hope you can find tguts to admit what a disaster she is. I doubt you will be able to do that without First saying that the Option would have been wurser...

Jog, maybe it's time to chill a spell my friend.
Bot is no more delusional that all of us, or more zealot in what he believes, than we are/do.

One more attempt at reasoning, then I really am giving it a rest....
Hillary is closer to a conservative than a progressive.
The democrat party is almost as screwed up as the republican, and lumped together, neither is worthy of the task they need to do.

Sander's was the only candidate that spoke to where the corrupting power resides, yet, that party snuffed him down.
Hillary and Sander's are miles apart, but most folk think Sander's a nut job, yes, because the status quo wants it that way...

Thanks for your concern. I'm no longer able to gently watch supporters of what will wreck My life just whistle and walk along happily. I Used to be able to suggest other ways of looking at things, and hope people would study and think. I WAS a democrat when I was young. I watched right and wrong Change.
Then, I saw I couldn't be a part of that. Right and wrong Didn't Change... so, since I could no longer be a democrat, I Must be a bublicunt,,  and I said I was, until they showed me what they want.... And then I was horribly confused....

We have Two parties to represent the people.
Neither represented ME.
So, I thought about what I believed was Right.
And nobody was saying what I believed was Right.
After a few years someone told me about Ron Paul,, lo and Behold,, someone saying what I was thinking...
Im a constitutional libertarian..

I don't CARE about one side doing more wurser than the other.
The c h eap nuts g utlessness is making me Sick.

Defending Your criminal
By pointing to the criminality

The other s i de
Is ? crappity smacking
Old

Grow a pair. Own it. Your candidate or party or whatever
Is CRIMINAL.
That you're shickled titless by what they are doing is not proof that they are right, but that YOU SUCK.

THAT applies to any card carrying supporters of either alleged party.

Note, again, WAKE UP, PAY ATTENTION,

when the People are Pisstawf and vote the bums out,

The New Crew does Not repeal the horrible legislation that Caused the change in the representatives.

When WILL you people See that?.
Are you Really too stupid to see what is happening?

If I'M WRONG, then SHOW me.
I will go away and never come back.

Otherwise, PAY ATTENTION.
Nobody has ever challenged this, and nobody has ever acknowledged it.

Frankly, I'm sick of dealing with people who have not got balls enough to take a stand.

If you're a bub and believe we should be engaged in,,,, whatever,, say what American interests Are and explain why we have to be in wars, whatever... democrats, explain WHY we're supposed to be doing what we are doing.

Or,, maybe it's all still Bush's fault?

Iw S ick of the bullshift. Own the things Your party has done. Or turn your back on the criminals they are. And Both sides are criminals. The bubs screwed Ron Paul, because they were determined to protect the status quo. Rather than defeat bammy, they gave up to save their sorry asses.
The people who are able to get what I'm saying are few.
The masses are always wrong.

This is key, understand why you said this: what will wreck My life

Apostle Paul holds the answer to this riddle, study him.

Thinking if I don't get a wedding cake, for me and my buddies wedding, will wreck my life, therefor I shall fight.

That I can't get a abortion, it will ruin my life.

If I can't pray in school, or celebrate Christmas, or.....

It will wreck my life.....

I have a God given right, told by my founding fathers  ( I guess they had a direct phone line ) to the pursuit of happiness, and they decreed  that right, to me, via our laws.

You must make me a cake, I am pursuing MY happiness.

Dudes....you are impinging on MY pursuit to happiness, by trying to force me to make you a cake.

Jesus instructed Peter to put his darn sword down, recall?

Find sustainable peace buddy, not predicated on Bot finally understanding he hates intolerant right,  because he is intolerant himself, that is HIS rub, and his to solve.......

Just as all our problems, are self centered based.

May I suggest a book to read?

Its called the Four Agreements:

http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/four-agreements-toltec-wisdom-collection-don-...

It is a wonderful, simple book, with wisdom that will always be worthy to a person who honestly seeks their OWN enlightenment.

That simply isn't true.

Being self-centered is not a vice. It is a hardwired survival instinct. The external world throws "problems" at us from the minute we are born.Being "self-centered" ie. "loving ones self" is what keeps us alive.

In order to appreciate and respect anyone else's rights it is first necessary to respect and be willing to fight for your own.

Not so.
Being other people centered, first, or, turn the other cheek, is the only sustainable relationship.
Anything else is predicated on our wants, and needs.
Generally speaking, women are better at this than men.
They nurture, and their love is more freely given, unconditional .
Men, we give put conditions on our love.

Any other type of self first, will only produce conflict, eventually.

It is EXTREMELY hard, I can't attain it, but I still try.
I know forgiveness of myself is predicated on me extending that forgiveness to others.....
WHOA, but they deserve it  Wink

Sorry, we can just agree to disagree, if you like  Kiss

Indeed we can. But I think you are trying  to construct a philosophy and a personal morality that does not comport with reality.  You only have two cheeks to turn. Then what. I admire what you are trying to do. I'm just afraid that you are working from a premise that is incorrect.

Being self- centered and cooperating, and even acting for the benefit of others are not mutually exclusive. In fact such cooperation is is often in ones own self interest. As is non-violence, altruistic behavior, even forgiveness. Sometimes. But conflict is impossible to avoid and it is not always generated from within. Evil exists and it may find you. Preserving yourself benefits those you care about and are responsible for. That's what families, tribes, nations, civilizations are built upon. I think we forget that at our peril.

I think we agree more than we disagree  Grin

Your are correct in your assertion, reality is the outcome, but, don't you just love buts  Cool
This is YOUR argument re: fighting for your beliefs. I think we differ only in where we look to skirmish, you outward, me inward.
My battles lie within, you, you don't fight, you're a lover  Kiss

I think being self assured is fine and dandy and a good character trait.
So long as it's anchored and not delusional.

I think it all boils down to the fact common sense is a misnomer  Roll Eyes

All to deep Bot?

C'mon, I ain't buying your remark.
You come here and share your thoughts because it has value to you.
You are looking to cash in, and reap the profit for yourself.....
If it comes at the cost of another, as in being/believing, wrong, so be it.....
Its the price we all pay.

I notice an uptick in your replies/activities on this board as your candidate/party, fairs well in the news/media.....
You engage more, as I would bet you feel better about "things" because the spin is validating your beliefs. Are your thoughts and beliefs too deep, or do you follow them?

Your reply reminds me of how in my days of weakness ( drinking and its associated mindset and behavior ) I use to get frustrated with "directions/instructions" at putting together these purchases that needed assembly.
Christmas was a terribly hard time for me because the instruction were not written by a normal mind.
I would cuss, blame, and often just wing it....
Because I couldn't readily figure it out.

I still have that part of me, I call it the 'Fu ck it" attitude, however, I have learned when to use it to my advantage now.
Instead of letting it dictate to me and ruin my buzz, I use it to avoid buzz kill now, rarely.
Except now I call it, "it is what it is" attitude and just walk away from it without prejudice  Cheesy

Has anyone ever forgot to breath?

I might add, hate, causes blindness.......

Well?

Fruck it?  Grin
