When I out my finger over it...it wants to cut off that's why I left it..and which ones are the vent lines the other 2 lines on the carb..I thought they were over flow...and thanks for the help

Surprising, since it looks like there isn't much baffle there. It sounds like it has a really harsh sound and really barks. My next step would be to pull that muffler off, if its not too big of a job and see what it sounds like.

There no noise from the engine no leaks just that weird noise...and there's just that little piece of baffle the it's clear to the bend

I would still suspect the baffle. It might not be loose, but may be disturbing the exhaust flow just right.

I have another question. In the video, when you open the throttle, it sounds and acts like it is terribly lean. The engine is not revving up, it just seems to change tone to "blat, blat, blat" without much change in rpm. Was the engine cold when you made the video? It sounds like a cold engine with no enrichment (choke).
