A 1.75" ID header is awfully large for any stock or even modified LS650 engine. Are there any considerations for a 1.5" or 1.6" ID header ?

We have made 1.75 for the Triumph 650 for over 40 years now and seen great performance gains on the dyno from them with the right mods.

Do you have any dyno result comparisons between the 1.5" & 1.75" headers, with no other changes ?

Also, I don't see a clamp on the header-muffler connection so is this a one piece welded unit or am I just missing the clamp ?
