As to rape on campus.

I find it weird, odd, or maybe a bit telling, as to how it seems we shifted much of the focus from "teaching" and grading accordingly, on merit, and opened up a more "liberal" methodology approach.
Social engineering, as means to "teach" ideology, along with the learning, they will need in the marketplace....

Has this "mindset" contributed to this sex/rape activity on campus?
