Gee, I hear the echo of Obama chiding those who wished a voice, "Elections have consequences"
I remember the left flank, around here, when those of the right flank voiced opposition but were smirked at with you guys have no f'n chance....

But now?

rmer Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear (D), along with Sens. Heidi Heitkamp (D-N.D.) and Michael Bennet (D-Colo.), held a session on “speaking to those who feel invisible in rural America," according to the schedule. Other sessions were along similar lines: “Listening to those who feel unheard” and “Rising America — They feel unheard too.”

Maybe they could get every legislator and lobbyist and regulatory agency stooge to attend. It's a high minded goal, figuring out how to convince those whose voice has been stifled for decades to believe again that someone in D.C. is listening.
Are they just wanting to get people to believe they are being heard or do they want to actually hear what the People want and Do what the People want?

Wouldn't the election of a freak like Trump answer that last question?
These folks were so desperate, they clung to a Sham......

I hope its sincere.....

However, it appears not.
Tell me, how can you say you want to listen to those folks, who elected Trump, then plan tactics like this?

It apparently did not take very long for these politicans to determine that a working relationship with Trump was not possible,

That's because their idea of a working relationship requires letting them be in charge.
They want obstructionism? Fine, I think the People who are Still represented by RINOs will pressure them to fall in line, and the dems will simply not be able to hold Real Change that Gives Americans Hope back. We are seeing Real things being done. Trump is doing what he said he would do. Yes, I disagree with some of it, but even if he's wrong in HOW he accomplishes securing the border, if it's secure, then we all win. Even those of you who are still crying about the Fact that Trump WON will benefit.
I expect to see the democrats lose a buncha voters.. when they see what Winning looks like.
