Reply #7 - 01/28/17 at 04:52:11 It's how the old guy who used to rescue XR250R heads for us started the repair process: grind out the cracks, weld the bejeezus out of it, some sort of heat treatment and machine back into shape. Fit new valve seats and bob's your uncle. Gotta be cruel to be kind I guess.
