My point is you defend them along with the left.

They are an organization that suppresses free speech and uses terror tactics at will.  They are a protected organization by the media.  If other demographics of the population demonstrated that same behavior they would be listed as a domestic terror group.

Let's be clear - I defend and support the ideology the BLM movement - NOT the violent and ignorant few that get all the press... you base all your comments on the what the media sells, not real life.  I've been to several BLM demonstrations and they have NEVER been violent - and they were never on TV... how about that?

You can't equate the two.  Trump said those things and did those things and ran for president and won - he's still the same person.

BLM (just like the tea party) has good intentions but was given a false narrative by the actions of a few.  In the tea party's case, it was hijacked by the far, FAR right.  BLM has had "protesters" claiming to speak on behalf of the movement, yet have no affiliation with BLM - they use it as an excuse for violence and hate-filled rants (like the video).

I didn't vote for BLM to run for president... it's not the same thing.
