The only conspiracy I see is a poor dumb crack head who set the fire while getting high. You get concrete hot enough and the moisture in it will turn to steam which blows it apart. We all have been hit by exploding rocks tossed into a camp fire, it's the same thing, just bigger. I would think disrupting our infrastructure by attacking bridges and other low priority soft targets would be the next thing for terrorists but it doesn't fit their style as of yet.
Well when one builds a, ‘fire ring’, with rocks, you never take the rocks, out of the lake.
Yep, water soaked rocks can explode, when the rapidly heated moisture in them turns to Steam.
(Also, cement/concrete can do the same)
1. The cement on a bridge, is NOT, ‘water soaked”.
2. It takes a Tremendous amount of heat,
(and VERY FAST, rising heat), to make it, explode.
3. Pieces, of, ‘FIRE RETARDANT” PVC, will NOT cause such a rapid rise in heat.
Do know,
NO WAY, it was a,
“…dumb crack head…”.
Was it, ISIS/BLM/Stand in the street Criers?
Don’t know.
Do Know, by knowledge and experience, NO WAY, was it a, dumb crack head.
It was planned. and other flammables/explosives, were involved.
