To be fair, I don't know the context of his comment, but I have a hard time in finding it anything less than echoing how the deplorable felt about his administration.
This is the man that uttered elections had consequences, then deals behind the curtain with Iran, etc....

When will people wise up and see Washington for what it is?
If we cut out 50 percent of the resources it sucks away from the states, we could fix so many problems where they exsist.
