I was driving back from Michigan yesterday so I got to listen to most of the hearing. The analysis everyone is going to give is going to be something like a Rorschach test..... we'll all see different things but in reality there's only one big blob.

Trump can't be charged with obstruction of justice because the president has the authority to tell the FBI director to stop investigating someone. So you ladies can put that fantasy to rest.

Comey admit to leaking his personal note in order to force an independent prosecutor.

Many of the news stories about this topic are absolutely incorrect and totally made up, fake news. Comey said he could not correct them while the investigation was going on, but its interesting that he thought it was okay to leak notes of his meeting however. Just because he's no longer involved doesn't mean the case is over. He said many times he could not discuss details of the investigation because it is still ongoing. But again as a private citizen he thought it was OK to influence the investigation by releasing his notes to the New York Times?

Comey gave Loretta Lynch his "loyalty " and changed the term he used when referring to Hilary's investigation. That's a pretty important admission on multiple levels. Shocking, but I didn't see any stories saying Lynch should be charged with obstruction.

Rubio made a great point, it's interesting that of all the leaks coming out of Comey's office, the only thing not leaked was the fact Trump was never under investigation personally.

John McCain needs to go away. He sounded like a an old man with limited faculties. I'll give Comey credit for helping him through his questioning, because he made absolutely no sense.

Trump came off looking bad but not criminal. I think he's a little naïve still at how politicians work and Comey is clearly a politician because he certainly isn't an FBI director.

Lynch came out the worse. If she and Obama were Republicans, all the headlines would be focused on those two this morning.

The funny part was listening to all the Democrats kiss Comey's a$$ when a few months ago they wanted to see him swinging from a noose.

Comey would make a great congressman or senator!

The investigation found that while there was the potential for hacking,.. there was no evidence that it had occurred... and, although there was some "Classified" info, it wasn't marked classified at the time it was sent. (Some things become classified later due to changing circumstances)...

Basically,.. all the hoopla was over the fact that her server wasn't secure.
Trump's phone is not secure... he won't give up tweets.
Not that it matters... he leaks with his mouth...

You must see the difference in a "potential" for a leak, and actually, knowingly, leaking?...
Yet, you see the potential as worse?...

I could shoot you,.. or I did shoot you...
There is a difference...

I seem to recall HRC directing a subordinate to remove the classified header so she could send over an unsecure fax.
And sending classified material to contractors, which may or may not have been classified at the time of sending... really hard to tell whether it was declassified cause she sent it or because she received it.
