Bernie's got a great point - what are these 13 men hiding?

You'll hafta pass it to see what's in it.

So, your selective outrage falls on deaf ears.
You had nothing to say about the absolute TYRANNICAL way they shoved the Incredibly Ironically named
Affordable Care Act down our throats.
I'm not gonna approve of what is happening, but it's just the end of the game. Obama started it. Both sides will have stabbed Americans in the back, so, it won't be THE REASON someone votes for whichever lying sack they hope isn't lying.

LMAO - compared to what's happening now, the ACA debate looks like the the 9/11 Commission Hearings!

Just watch the whole video.  BTW, how do you know what my position was on the ACA when they pushed it through?  I wasn't on this board back then.

I'm not gonna approve of what is happening, but it's just the end of the game. Obama started it.

Sorry, you're missing the point and giving the bubs a pass on overwhelming hypocrisy.  The House bill was a joke and now they're not letting anyone except 13 people see this bill... tell me how that's "the same" as ACA?

Both sides will have stabbed Americans in the back, so, it won't be THE REASON someone votes for whichever lying sack they hope isn't lying.

I think you're wrong - in that there are only 2 sides.  Case in point - Bernie Sanders.

Yes, the ACA needs amending - but not gutted.  Healthcare in the US should be a right, not a privilege.

1) you've been somewhat tolerable as of late TT, don't be a thingy and start the whole lmao every freaking comment....

2) Nothing remotely true about your statement.  The author of Obamacare has said they hid the fact they were scamming the public. It was a huge bill, as large as a book, was introduced and passed within a week. As we known, hardly any congressmen actually read much less studied it and the implications carefully.

So you can try to rewrite history, but that's all it is, rewriting history.

at least you've brought up the single question that needs answering.

Is healthcare for all citizens a right?

As a nation, we've decided a certain level of health care/insurance for seniors (medicare) and extreme poor (medicade or various other names) is a right. We've further said emergency care is available for anyone one at anytime: hospitals and doctors are legally obligated to offer a certain level of care regardless of ability to pay.

The question becomes for the rest of us; the workers; is a minimum standard of heathcare a right that can be demanded of US citizens?

That's the question.

BWAAAHAAHAAHAAHAA!!!!!   LMAO!!!!!  I love it that it bothers you sooo much!!  Maybe you should keep those thoughts to yourself, lest I bring them out every time, hmm?? (especially now that I know it irks you - LOL!!)

Um, got any proof of that?  I'll say you don't... here's why:

BWAAAHAAHAAHAAHAAHAAAA!!!!  You're funny web...

How much debate has AHCA had?  How much did ACA have?

Those two simple little questions are enough... but I'll add some more..

Why is the AHCA writing process being kept behind closed doors?

How can throwing 23 million people off health insurance be good?

Why give massive tax credits to the richest in the US? ($7 million on average)

Why does every major medical association in the US reject the AHCA?

And still, I have more, but I won't bore you with them - you should find out for yourself.

Why?  Really, how come??  A society can only utilize the resources it produces, we have $20 T reasons to support that argument.

I'll play the devils advocate, why not everyone on the planet?

Why punish the innocent?  Where did the debt come from?  It's pretty well known that we could EASILY afford healthcare for all.

Sorry, but the US is NOT the caretaker of the world - but in that vein - ALL developed nations except the US have universal healthcare.

I dunno - let's say common decency.  The question you might want to ask is - why is the US the only developed country to NOT provide universal healthcare?

I'm sure everyone is unhappy that because our foreign policies have been driven by a warmongering elite and our nation is in debt and our industrial capabilities are nothing like preNafta, and now, every household is allotted a piece of the debt, which COULD HAVE BEEN , instead of a debt, America Could have prosperity. We will never know.
Our constitution is subverted and our money a perverse joke, a yoke of bondage, and our abilities to pay for said health care is nonexistent Without Everyone being taxed more.
What, soak the rich?
YOU'RE Rich in the eyes of the homeless.
Start down that road
Instead of walk BACK to what was working.
