Because our poldickheads can't agree to a state budget. Therefor all gubbermint programs are on hold. Which means game wardens who run our fishing and crabbing, etc. The season was to open this Saturday, Aholes. It's time folks to fire up our augers and drill bigger holes so this Fn swamp drains faster!
