Small change in plans. I'm finding it too difficult to loop the downtube under the engine without raising the engine or losing too much ground clearance. I'm not able to high quality bends that tight myself. Plan to terminate down tube between the mounting plates with two through bolts and do the same for the tube that goes down from the seat area.

Some progress on engine mounting plates.

I thought about using the old frame through the area where all the mounting points are. It would have saved a lot of time in fab and re-engineering foot pegs, kickstand, etc but I got bent on trying to mimic the board tracker look (pun intended

). Looping the down tube under the engine was pretty common, a little less common is the plates that sandwich the engine.

Added a little more adjustability compared to previous. Also had to extend the rotisserie. This one is getting a bit longer than I expected. Now on to final frame design.
