It took a few tries to get something to work. With a few suggestions from another website I ended up making a simple device to guide a chasing tool. Made me a little nervous to start hammering after putting so much time into the fender. It came out alright. Getting it mounted is next.

Added a dish to the 'oil tank' and got the fender brushed. Good day for shakedown. Most of the snow is finally gone, the sun is out and it's already in the mid 50s.
