Honestly, I'm torn.  I just don't know how I feel about that. My thinking is, after a few minutes, he got indicted. That's not so quick and easy when it's a big shot... If he's so determined to Honor the Constitution, then go to D.C..
I'm willing to bet that there isn't a sentence in the Constitution that supports more than ten percent of the crap he supports.
