where does the, ‘money’, come from to sustain it ?

        In  Libya’s case, it was Oil.

Did, ‘government’, and other, ‘high’, officials,
  syphon off some for their own pockets ?

   Most probably.

Did it matter?
  Their was more than enough to go around.
Because of that, it worked.

Now Look at the, ‘Communes’, in the USA in the 70’s.
Did they work ?
  NO

Look at  the  USSR, did it work their?
        NO

 Look at Argentina, is it working their?
            NO

(And so MANY  MORE)

         WHY ?

No  tremendous amount of money,
   with no burden of the people,  
          to support it.

So when  B.S.,
