So you're thrilled that a judge decided local governments can decide when and where to violate federal law? So when an illegal alien murders a US citizen and that alien should have been deported, but your sanctuary city refused to determine immigration status, will you still be thrilled?

Oh it's already happened and its a regular occurrence. We had a man killed in Missouri earlier this year, in the middle of nowhere, by an illegal who should have been deported but wasn't.  Why don't you send his widow some cash to help her out? Actually, this particular guy managed to murder five people in Kansas and Missouri so you've got some cash to spread around.

So bath in those innocent's blood and applaud that you still have fingers to type in all caps.

Your obvious hatred for Trump notwithstanding it's the activist judge in this case that doesn't "understand the rule of law"(or chooses to ignore it).

You are upside down on this one I'm afraid.

Their were some  HORRIBLE, Fires in Calf.

Destroyed  1,000's + of acres of land
and  ALL  those Homes and Land...

I  Wonder if, the person, who is wanted to be, ‘looked’ at.
       ( By the immigration People)
who was, ’sent back’, several times.
Yet, was,  “PROTECTED”, by the, ’Sanctuary’  State of Calf.

If the people, affected by those terrible, fires.
Now, think, differently ?

I Wonder  ???????

(What do, 'you', think, PeeP  ?)

Someday soon , perhaps tomorrow, someone  will be murdered by an illegal after getting stopped by a cop in one of your sanctuary cities but law enforcement will not have the authority to review their immigration status. But hey, you can post a comment....

Right Vers.

Her name was Kate Steinle. Shot down walking next to her father. Go ahead and applaud that judge and your pathetic little victory over Trump.

Prosecutors dropped that charge, and the San Francisco sheriff released Zarate from jail despite a federal immigration request to detain him for at least two more days for deportation. The sheriff's department said it was following the city's sanctuary policy of limited cooperation with federal immigration authorities.

You lack perspective.  Yes, it's a tragedy, but hardly common.  There are over 500 sanctuary cities across the US.

http://www.factcheck.org/2017/02/no-evidence-sanctuary-cities-breed-crime/

There'e a very good reason a judge would overturn tweety's EO - we have this thing called a "Constitution".  This is something tweety knows noting about.

500  ’Sanctuary’  Cites/States, are 500 to many.

I do  believe the, Constitution of the USA,
            Does,  ‘Protect’,  people.
Those are the People, who  are, CITIZENS.
                Legal Citizens.

Let’s say someone, ’say France’, came to the USA.
They had a Passport.  Their are, Visiting.
They are stopped for, ’speeding’,  Show a France DL,
show a France passport,  They pay the fine.
simple as that.

They are Not thrown in Jail, they are not raped,
they are not striped and killed,
things are Not stolen from them.

They are Not,   ‘Legal', Citizens of the USA, they are Citizens of France.
They do NOT, have protection, under the, Constitution, of this Country, yet they are treated, perfectly normal, just like any ’Citizen’ would be.

Take the SAME, example, of a  ‘Citizen’ of Mexico, (who has a passport and is visiting)
                  Same thing.

Now, take a person, who, SNUCK, in this Country.
They are NOT, a ‘Citizen’ of THIS  Country,
The, ‘Constitution’, of this Country,   does  NOT  Apply to them !

As long as were are talking about the, ‘Constitution’.
A, Citizen, of this Country,
(According to the, ‘Constitution’, and other laws),
can, NOT, Rape, Steel, Kill, etc.

If one was a ‘Citizen’, and put in Jail overnight, for some minor crime.
And another, ‘enforcement’ agency knew of this, and said to the,  arresting ’enforcement’ agency, (that put that person in Jail)
Wait: ‘Hold that person, tell we get their, he/she, is wanted for a greater crime, in our area’.

  What would Happen ?

Or, does that mean, I can commit a Greater Crime, in one City,
then go to another City, (which IS, a, ’Sanctuary’, City)
commit a lesser crime, and have NO  Fear of Ever being, brought to the other City, for that greater crime?
Being a, Legal ‘Citizen’.

Oh Wait, one can ONLY  do that,
if they are NOT a, Citizen,
         and a, Illegal.

(For the, ‘Panty’, in a bunch people)

I, was never, ‘checked’, until I was in AZ/NM close to the border.
Driving a car, with MN Plates, a MN DL.
Stopped by the Border Patrol.
99.9% of the time, just held out my DL, out the window,
 was just waived through.

(One time I  f..uck’ed  with a very young B.P Agent, when he stopped me.  and a older one was standing just behind him.  he was doing it by the, ‘book’, and I said:   ‘Ya, vell, I dis from, Min-e-sota,  ya know’  The older one was LOL’ing, and waved me through, while the young one, had the, ‘Doe in the Headlight’, look.)

The point being.
I gave up a, Freedom
(Well I didn’t, it was done for me)
For the sake of more, security.
  Which  just could not happen.
When their was a Temp sign on the road, 5 miles back,
saying, ‘B.P. Check point ahead”
Then another one at 4, then again at 3, then again at 2, then again at 1, then again at 1/2. etc. etc.

The, IL-Leagals, just turned around, or just drove off the road through the Dessert.

So, the,  ‘Constitution’, Protects,   IL-Leagal’s,
WHO, are Not, ‘Citizens’, when they are in a, ’Sanctuary’, place?

That, is, UN-Constitutional.

But a Troll & pet PeeP, think it is.

Just thought of,
in the 30’s, that  DID  Happen in St. Paul  Minn.

 Where the, ‘Crime Lords’,
were granted a, ‘FREE’, stay in St.Paul,
if they spent their  STOLEN  Money,
 in St. Paul.

(Was St.Paul Mn  the, First, 'Sanctuary', City ?)

Once the Crooked  Politicians,
who stood for the, ‘left hand Dollar’,
were  REMOVED, from office.
Things changed.

Gee, could one say, ‘Drain the Swamp’ ?
