More on the Constitution.
To Recap a current example.
“… The three players had been arrested after being accused of stealing designer sunglasses…”
Those three, were, NOT, China Citizens.
So they were simply NOT, ‘Protected’, by,
(the equivalent, of China's constitution/bill of rights)
They committed a Crime.
The Country they were in, and , NOT, a Citizen of,
punished them as to their laws.
(Now don’t get your ‘panties’ in a bunch, talking how Draconian, ‘years in Prison’, for steeling sunglasses are. It has nothing to do with the point, it is only Deflection)
Now, say 3, ‘China Citizen’s’, BB players, were caught steeling here in the USA.
What would happen?
Would they would be fined, restitution, perhaps put in jail?
If the Immigration people knew nothing about this event,
would it not be prudent, for the, ‘local authority’, to inform them?
Then, ‘hold’ them, or notify where they are ?
Then the Immigration people can immediately send them back,
and their names go on a list?
Oh Wait, forgot.
If they, Stole, Raped, Beat up, Killed, someone.
In L.A. Calf, (or like).
They are, Immune.
