HOW, do you, prevent, the, ’Trojan Horse’, people.
Who are to, LAZY,
       and see the, ‘FREE’ way, of being  LAZY ?

How do you prevent, the 1.00 you ‘give’.
    (Which it is supposed to be)
.80  to the people that fell through the cracks,
and .20, to get that to those people.
From, becoming,  .80, to the people, ‘administrating’,
and, .20 to the People that need it ???

How do you prevent the people that are LAZY,
and just want, ‘ Gimme, Gimme, Gimme',
from jumping on the wagon,
  which is for the people, that, ‘Really’, need help.????

Many years ago, in a small town,
a group, when shopping for their own family,
would buy a extra thing or two,
and then a bunch of those, 'extra things', would just show up in a bag,
on the, ’needy’, persons porch.

Not Possible in a big City,
so just give  extra cash,
to someone else, who does that.

Yet now, it is 100.00,
    AND
10.00 to the ’needy’, because their are,
SO MANY,   “Gimme, Gimme, Gimme’s”.
And so many, ‘Administrators’.
