I thought I would help to enlighten folks with how it works, ya know, tie an understanding around it so you know how it's reported.
Viable claims of harassment, exampled in the media:
Roy Moore.
They go back a few years to get a charge.
They rely on accusations as proof.
Guilty.
Donald Trump.
Heard on tape talking really nasty.
Very ugly.
Was a private citizen.
Guilty.
Al Franken.
Ugly little turdball.
Perhaps mercy frucks, gone awry who knows?
I believe his right hand will be next to bring a charge against him.
Lets wait and let due process work.
Innocent until proven guilty.

17 million dollars paid out to folks bringing allegations against our fine public servants.
Our tax dollars.
