Why not call it what it was, not so cryptic and evasive?
Wouldn't that have cleared things up, left no doubt, to the cause and reason to issue a warrant?

Anyway, here is the application to get a warrant, and here is the EXACT verbiage, they used that, uh, er.....SPECIFICALLY called out Clinton's campaign, as being the generator of this information, that requires a special warrant to spy on its citizens.....

The vagueness is concerning.
I do not know any of the protocol or requirements needed to acquire such a warrant....
But for the life of me, I can’t think of any reason, especially Schiffs reason to protect the folks identity from who, the courts?????
To me that seems paramount information that a court would need, as they need to a certain the person is a citizen, etc...
