Ban Fireworks.

Their is no need for it, whatsoever.
Every Year, 1,000’s of Kids are injured/killed by misuse of Fireworks.

Only, cities of the first class,  can have a  Fireworks display.
And Each of the workers, Must have  Passed a  Mandatory, Background Check,
which includes grade school transcripts, interviews with All teachers and Staff,
Co Workers, any neighbors,  local Police contacts, and family members,
including but not limited to,
Spouse, Siblings, Offspring, Cozens, Nieces & Nephews.

All, Fireworks can Only  consist of aerial displays, that can only go less than 10 feet in the air.
All Ground effect displays can only cover a 2 foot circumference.

All Currently owed fireworks,
that are possessed by, ’Non Approved’  persons.
And all Currently owned fireworks,
which do Not meet the New Laws.
will Immediately be soaked in water,
then  taken to a Environmental Disposal Agency,
the approbate fee paid, then released.

Fireworks Displays, can Only be held on National Days,
 (Of which that town celebrates)
And only by that town,
who has the approved license, to display Fireworks.

Many people, may, ’think’ that this committee,
does Not like Firearms  Fireworks.
That is Not the Truth.
We All have had and used, and enjoy fireworks,
under supervised conditions.
And we will continue to enjoy them, at our local towns Display.

To Further the safety of fireworks,
This law, has authorized the formulation of a new committee.
N.F.S.C.  Which with proper application and fee,
will Allow, other, permitted uses of fireworks for other entities.
where they are licensed, or use the licensed personal from a city.

This New, ‘fireworks’ law,
will Not, remove any enjoyment of fireworks.
while protecting the Children.

              'Other News'
On the Horizon,  a new law, is in the works,
for requiring a GATE, on the top & bottom, of EVERY, stairway,
of more than 2 steps, and each step can not be more than 8” high.
It has been Proven that 12,000 people,
Each year, DIE, from falling down steps.
That’s  32 People, a  DAY.
With the recent ban on all guns in the hands of, civilians.
The writers of this bill are very confidant it will pass.
