In Answer to your question, I will ask one.
(This happened here not to long ago)

You Stop a Car, go to the Passenger side,
the Black passenger says, "I Have A Gun",
you say, "Don't reach for anything"
The  passenger, moves his hands,
you aim your gun at him.
You say again: "don't reach for anything"
The passenger does.

What would, YOU,  do ????

Yes the Passenger did NOT  have a Gun,
Yes the Passenger was shot and killed.
Yes the passenger had Black skin.
Yet, BLM,  LIED,  Toraly LIED,
by Omission of  FACT.
Instead, BLM Cut Fences, Trespassed, Destroyed property, and stopped traffic on freeways.
The Driver used her Cell phone, and put the video ALL over,
yet, NOTHING, before, the, 'Shooting' was showen, except the words from the Passenger saying, 'I have a gun".

Trial, the Police Officer, who shot a un-armed man.
Who SAID: 'I HAVE A GUN", was acquitted.

Then the BLM, Rioted ALL over again !

Then their was the occasion where, BLM said a Black male was HANDCUFFED, and Shot.
 And Rioted.
Then a  Video, surfaced,  and it SHOWED, the Black man, was NOT  handcuffed, and was GRASPING for a Officers Gun.
Officers Acquitted.  BLM   Riots again.

Seem to remember a BLM saying, a Black man, had his hands in the air.
and it was PROVEN, beyond a shadow of a doubt, he did NOT.

So Yea,  in the case of someone, 'saying', a   BJ was forced..
when their is NO  evidence of, 'forcing'.

 Yea. My opinion Stands.

no evidence of force???   So he had already proven he could overpower her and put her into a constrained condition where he could do anything he wanted to her, but sure, no evidence of force....


I'm not saying that the cops did anything wrong, I'm saying they have the same fear reaction that this woman did. They were threatened by men, she was threatened by a man. They both feared for their lives.  She was threatened and complied to the demands because she couldn't fight back against  a bigger and dominant force.  They had a gun to react with deadly force, she didn't. You came up with this "no evidence of force" out of thin air apparently to defend your inconsistency.  You seem to be defending this guy for some reason.  Are you succumbing to your us vs them tribalism that allows this kind of crap to happen on both sides?  Maybe you should ask yourself, Are you part of the problem?
