Promise program is a mistake, because it's doing STUPID to change statistics and Claim Beneficial progress, stripping the truly needy of benefits and calling it The Result of a booming economy is Bullshit.
I'm not 100% sure if that's sarcastic or not.
I get the point, the economy is better, so less people are on food stamps, but also, the food stamp program has been changed to make it harder for people to get on food stamps, so how honest are the numbers?? idk.
Actually helping the needy is actually difficult and expensive and results may vary so why bother doing anything right?
