 If I don't pay into SS then I am not entitled to a payment from it.

 If I do pay into SS then I am entitled to payment from it.

 I do however acknowledge that this means homemakers and the disabled are not to receive SS and will be funded by other means, most likely in medical centers.

Many who are disabled paid in.
Disability benefits are calculated based on the five highest earnings years.
No earnings?
Wouldn't expect much.
