Absolutely, Opposing Views on Web Sites is normal.
Yet when I look at the site you quoted, I find words like:
“…hard to know for sure…”
“…facilities are probably intact…”
“…is likely still capable of…”
“…but some experts are doubtful….”Then this:
“…Major media outlets reported on April 25, 2018 that large portions of North Korea’s underground nuclear test facility had collapsed and were unusable….”Does that mean, ‘Fake’, News ?
So , which site is correct ? Don’t know.
Wish the MEDIA would not LIE so much !
Used to be, they reported, what, ‘acutely’, happened in a event.
Then let the people, reading the Facts, made a decision.
If a Media, said a Opinion, it was called a, Editorial.
Unlike Today where one has to look at which, Media,
Is Lying, or telling the truth.
