That means less people are unemployed, even if the statistics indicate differently just because a lot of people had (and still have for most of them) given up on finding employment.

I'm not aware of any jobs that "CANT" come back that have come back.

What's an example of a job that has no possibility (cant) of coming back? I know coal was on the list but that could come back, since it hasn't gone away, it was never gone. To me its like bringing the typewriter back, but its not like its impossible.

What wage gains aren't soft? I don't have another way of phrasing that question.

Can you reference wage gains that aren't soft, or jobs that cant come back that have? This comes from the very article you posted:

"Economists expect that employers are going to have to start doing more to entice workers, likely through pay raises"

I'm not seeing anything that counters the soft wage gains information besides the word "bullshit" and that doesn't really provide any useful information.
