This is true, and it also did not result in NK reduction of human rights violations, propaganda against the US or SK, or even discussion of any kind about their nuclear program.

Trump isn't using the same method that didn't work and I'm more ok with his current approach than trying the same thing that hasn't worked for decades another 4 years.

He had every opportunity in a face to face meeting and baulked. Wasn't he supposed to be a "great negotiator"?

I would think that the article clearly referencing the IAEA's report is an indication that the IAEA does not see signs of any reduction in nuclear weaponry development in NK.

If the IAEA releases a report are we saying that their analysis is not representative of their opinion? If so then why would they release reports, or exist for that matter.

IAEA releases a report and it does not indicate that they released a report is what I'm getting by the above assessment.
